Career Title: Gallerist - the owner or operator of an art gallery
Also known as “art dealer” or “art broker,” but “gallerist” has been adopted to shed negative connotations associated with those terms
Tasks
Buy & sell artworks; often search for ones with higher premiums
Work with curators and artists to determine what pieces will show
